Orders are made after approval of budgets through distance communication techniques, using any means that, without the physical and simultaneous presence of the supplier and the consumer, can be used with a view to concluding the contract between said parties. 
The customer should check the details of the product that he wants to buy if there is stock to proceed with his purchase. The existence of the product in stock is only guaranteed after placing the order. 

To have in count: 
The order will be canceled if payment is not made within 7 (seven) business days. 
Orders placed during the weekend and holidays will only be processed on the following business day. 

| Product Stock 
In case of stock stock breakdown of the ordered article the customer will be advised of the estimated delivery period. 

In case of discontinuation (no longer being manufactured) of the product the customer will be advised in order to enable its replacement by another article. As there is usually a price difference, you should choose an item of approximate value, if the value is higher we will have to wait for the transfer of that difference. 


| Payment Method 
Orders can be paid by Bank Transfer NIB: 003300000017261596305 . By choosing to make payment through bank transfer, our customers significantly increase the speed of delivery and can receive your orders within 24 hours after confirmation of payment. 


| Deliveries 
Orders are delivered through a transport company, or through the Post Office. This system allows you to track your orders through the Internet. 

The guarantee of sending the orders will only be assured upon and after confirmation of payment, regardless of the form of payment. 

Once you receive the confirmation by email of the shipment of your order, it must be delivered within 24 hours (Continent). If this does not happen, you should contact our customer service department immediately. 

Carrier deliveries are only made at addresses where there is a guarantee that someone is there to receive the order, otherwise it will be returned at the cost of the customer. Orders are only issued after confirmation of payment, unless they are issued for collection. 


| Transport

When placing an order, and if the products are in stock, these will be sent by carrier or by the ctt to the address provided in the register. 

  • A normal delivery in Continental Portugal will be made the following business day;
  • Islands: will be indicated the expected time of delivery and cost of transportation.


Continental Portugal: 

  • Orders up to 150 € - Addition of 7 € (VAT not included) for the whole continent
  • Orders sent to the collection - Addition of 10 € (VAT not included)
  • Orders over € 150 sent to final customer - Free shipping 
  • Orders over € 150 for Final Customer - Free Postage

Islands: 
  •  Price and transit time will be indicated for each case
  • Billing is higher than normal delivery cost

Resale and Orders for Other Countries: 
  • The Reseller always pays the transport of the merchandise regardless of the value of the order 
  • Price and transit time will be indicated for each case


| Returns

Our return policy allows that if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, due to product deficiency or non-compliance with the purchase, you can return the product to us if it has not been used and presents itself in its original condition, Within a maximum period of 15 days after the date of your receipt. 

In the event of non-availability, the MBA may provide a good or provide a service to the consumer of equivalent quality and price, provided that such possibility has been provided prior to the conclusion of the order or in the order itself, in a clear and understandable manner. 

The product will be promptly replaced if the customer wishes or the value of the purchase returned within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of knowledge of the unavailability of the article.Products that include software must be returned with the packaging not tampered with. Contact us by phone, fax or email for instructions. 

The customer will have to bear the transportation costs that will be returned to him in the event of a defect or a serious error in the product.


| Warranty and After Sales Service
